Ingredients
- A good handful of ramsons, shredded
- 1 handful of hogweed shoots
- 2 medium carrots, diced
- 2 red chillis, finely chopped
- 2 cups of flour
- 360 mls of water
- ½ tsp of salt
- 2 eggs
- Olive oil
How to make the Chinese Savoury Pancakes
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, eggs, water and salt
- Stir to make a smooth batter with a thick consistency
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients
- Heat the oil in a frying pan
- Pour 1 tbsp of batter into the pan for each pancake
- Fry for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown
- Flip and fry for another 3 or 4 minutes
- Remove from the pan and drain on a paper towel
