Nicola and I were in Dorset recently and whilst walking alongside a small stream we spotted three water indicating trees in a very short distance. So we shot this short video to show the main species of trees that indicate water is nearby, certainly in the British Isles. Understanding which species of trees are likely to signal the presence of water is useful knowledge.
