As I was taking a few bits into the camp this morning getting ready for the birthday party, I took this snap of the view from the camp It’s taken from just outside the gate and looking down the field and across the valley. Not a soul in site or any sign of buildings, roads etc. Lovely! I guess that’s why it’s an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty!
A bit off to the left of the photo is where the beech dropped a limb.
