I made a video a couple of years ago on how to make a wedge, so I thought it was about time I put a video together showing you how to use that wedge.
We teach using a wedge to retrieve a stuck knife, along with many other techniques and knife safety, on our 2 Day & 5 Day Bushcraft Courses, and the IOL Bushcraft Competency Course.

Very useful tip, especially for anyone practising knife safety in the woods. Using a wedge instead of forcing the knife out makes a lot of sense. Thanks for sharing this clear and practical advice!
