Coronavirus Update

Updated on 22nd March 2020

Like many of you we have been keeping a close eye as events unfold around us. It is not tenable, or indeed socially responsible, for us to run our courses in these circumstances.  Consequently, for the safety of us all, all courses scheduled for March, April & May will be postponed.

We will be adding new dates to the calendar for you to transfer on to.  If you can’t make any of those dates, we can give you a gift voucher that will be valid for 2 years.

Like many people we find ourselves in a difficult position and appreciate your understanding.

Jack Raven Bushcraft is issuing the following position statement in relation to the ongoing Coronavirus CORVID-19) pandemic.

Unless government advice changes our courses will be running as scheduled

Our rationale is that the outdoors is a low risk environment.  On top of this we keep our course numbers low.  We will be following government advice on hand washing and ensure that we observe social distancing guidelines.

If you belong to a high risk group or are displaying symptoms such as a cough and/or high temperature, please follow government advice and self-isolate.  In these circumstances you will need to contact your personal travel insurance provider to recoup any losses you incur.

If advice changes and we have to cancel any courses, then we will re-schedule those courses.  If you can’t make any new dates we will issue you with a voucher which will be valid for 2 years.

As with any small business, cashflow is important to us.  We have lots going on in the second half of this year, so please continue to make bookings!
