We had some rice left over from the previous evening’s meal and decided to have it for lunch. As we were in the woods we added some wild ingredients to give some flavour. And at this time of year what could be better than ramsons and ground elder. A short video showing how Nicola made the ramson and ground elder egg fried rice.
