How to make wild garlic sauce

In this video I make some wild garlic sauce.  We tend to make 5 or 6 jars of it during the spring and pop them in the fridge.  This means that we have plenty to see us through until the following season.

It works really well to rub into meat before cooking, with new potatoes, as a salad dressing, in fact it goes into a load of different dishes in our house.

We talk about making wild garlic sauce on our 1 Day Foraging courses.

You can see photos from all of our courses on our Facebook page.
