Being able to identify trees is a key skill in bushcraft. It’s probably easiest to do when the trees are in leaf but it’s entirely possible to go out identifying trees in the winter. So here’s a few tips on how to do just that.
We only look at identifying trees in the winter, well during the winter months! If you come on a 1 Day Bushcraft Course in the winter, we’ll do some tree identification.
