Poisonous berries in the hedgerow

I wrote this post on edible and poisonous berries a few years ago, it covers a lot of berries and is well worth a look if I say so myself.  However, this time around I take a look at 3 different plants that are poisonous and  weave and wend their way through the hedgerow, often growing amongst species that provide edible berries such as hawthorn and dog rose.

We look at poisonous berries on our 1 day foraging course as well as on our IOL Bushcraft Competency Diploma course.

You can see plenty of photos from both courses, as well as all our others, on our Facebook page.
