Woodland Management 2026 1

We ran 3 sessions of woodland management and camp maintenance over the winter and got lots done.  Many thanks to everyone who so kindly volunteered to help out!  Here’s a selection of photos that show some of the things we accomplished.

Lots of bramble pulling in the camp area; it’s much easier when the ground is wet.  And after all the rain at the start of the year, it was definitely wet!

Sections of the wood have been devasted by ash dieback.  We’ve felled around 250 over the last few years.  These were in parts of the wood we don’t visit very often and were caught up.
